Olive, which has become a cultural identity in Mediterranean civilizations, owes its greatest characteristic to the tree it grows. In addition to aging and dying late, it has a fascinating quality both in itself and in its fruit.
Its oil is a source of life in itself. Olive oil is a product that has been with us for years, both with its history, its vitamins and minerals, and its legends.
We have been able to achieve both beauty and taste by using this product, which is defined as “Liquid gold” in some societies, in our meals, and in our lives for years.
By considering all of these elements and the traceability, healthiness, sustainability, and safety of olive oil, we embrace a different approach to extra virgin olive oil:
- We manually and mechanically comb and pick the olives.
- We store them in ventilated boxes.
- We press the olives within 24 hours of the harvest.

- We apply to press with our high-tech methods, using mixers and centrifuges, while saving water and maintaining a higher level of polyphenols.
- We store olives at controlled temperatures in a silos tank filled with Nitrogen.
- We bottle the products upon receipt of the order, to offer a fresh product all year long.
- We label our products to certify the presence of vitamin E and the degree of acidity.
